🌾 Oatmeal Cleanse: 2–3 Days of Detox for Body & Wellbeing

Veröffentlicht am 29. Juni 2025 um 17:25

✅ What is an Oatmeal Cleanse?

For 2 to 3 days, oatmeal takes center stage on your plate—combined with water or plant-based milk, a bit of fruit, vegetables, nuts, or spices like cinnamon. The focus is on simple, nutrient-rich meals without additives or irritants.

💪 The Benefits at a Glance:

1. Relief for the Digestive System

Oats are easy to digest and high in fiber - they stimulate digestion and support a healthy gut.

2. Balanced Blood Sugar

Thanks to complex carbohydrates, your blood sugar rises slowly - helping to prevent cravings and providing long-lasting energy.

3. Gentle Detox

This cleanse avoids processed foods, sugar, and animal fats - allowing your body to focus on what truly matters: regeneration and detoxification.

4. Skin & Wellbeing

Many people report clearer skin, better sleep, and an overall lighter body feeling after an oatmeal cleanse.

5. Ideal Kickstart for Healthier Eating Habits

A short cleanse can help break old habits and reconnect you with your body - making it the perfect start to a more mindful way of eating.

💡 Coach Dewila’s Tip:

Choose high-quality, unsweetened (preferably whole grain) oats and prepare them fresh - either as warm porridge with fruit or a savory version with vegetables.

Drink enough water - at least 2 liters per day. In addition to water, unsweetened herbal teas are also allowed. Good options include chamomile, fennel, nettle, mint, and ginger tea.

Black tea and coffee are allowed in moderation but should be consumed without milk or sugar.

And most importantly: listen to your body.

This cleanse is not a diet, but a gentle reset - for more energy and lightness.
